Eyeos

Developer

Giving support for 1st version of eyeOS which was a fully javascript (Qooxdoo) Desktop with a php backend, later migrated to hiphop for performance.

We later made a “Core” team that researched how to virtualize applications over this web desktop, it ended in many changes regarding architecture, first of all migrating from PHP monolith to NodeJS microservices with the help of a queue system such as ActiveMQ.

I specialized in developing key components that facilitate virtualization over a web desktop, leveraging technologies such as HTML5, NodeJS, QEMU-KVM, and the Spice protocol. This involves creating robust solutions to enhance the virtualization experience and ensure seamless integration.
